Metal Framing: Metal Framing will not shrink, crack or disintegrate and is impenetrable to termites and insects. Salamone Builders provides all types of Light Gauge Steel Framing. For our light gauge steel stud bearing structures (exterior and bearing walls) we use heavier studs (10 to 20 gauges) and for gypsum board assemblies we use light gauge Metal Studs (20 to 25 gauge). Wherever possible, Salamone Builders uses pre-manufactured light gauge steel stud wall panels. Salamone Builders has proven that the use of these wall panels greatly reduce schedule and make the jobsite safer due to less man hours on the job. Salamone Builders can also supply and install light gauge steel roof and floor trusses as well as heavy gauge roof rafter framing. Our engineers always work closely with the clients to help with design as well as Value Engineering Ideas.
Drywall/Gypsum Board Assemblies: Salamone Builders has a professional experienced staff of drywall hangers and tapers. If your project is a LEED "Green friendly" project, we can help you get accredited points towards LEED certification by using various LEED qualified materials. We also do various levels of wall and ceiling finishes from level 1 to level 5 finish, including full skim coated ceilings. We provide UL fire rated assemblies according to project specifications. Whether the project consists of wood or steel, we can drywall both types of framing.
Rough Carpentry: We provide and install all types of Rough Carpentry that consists of wood walls, floors and roof truss systems. Per your specifications, we will use all types of wood including fire treated and Forest Stewardship Council certified. Salamone Builders performs in wall blocking, door bucks, window bucks, parapet blocking and FSC plywood sheathing.
Finish Carpentry: Our experienced finish carpenters service both residential and commercial clients. They can install cabinets, doors, FRP paneling, toilet accessories, crash rails, hand rails, base trim, casing crown molding, millwork, commercial and residential casework. We can service all of your finish carpentry requirements per your project specifications.
Acoustical Ceilings: Salamone Builders provides Acoustical Ceiling services. We can supply and install numerous systems including specialty metal ceilings, fin-line ceiling grid systems, Kitchen and Clean Room ceilings, Clipped ceilings, or Axiom ceiling trims. We can also provide recycled material ceiling panels to meet your LEED certified requirements.
Insulation: We can provide a full scope insulation installation. We install faced or unfaced insulation, fire rated, sound rated or any other combination your project requires. We will also provide vaport barriers, fire safing and fire sealant (per UL fire assemblies) as needed.
Painting: Salamone Builders is experienced in all phase and qualities of painting. From basic primer to high performance finishes to Modac finishes.
